Water Exercise

The following information is from 2014 and will need to be updated for the 2015 season.


What:  The 2014 Morris City Pool Water Exercise class is a great workout with low impact and little-to-no harmful effects on joints and muscles.  Using the buoyancy and resistance of the water, the class has it all: motivation, aerobic choreography, muscle toning and conditioning, and improved cardiovascular endurance.   This class is ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included (minimum age is 18).  


When:
  Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning June 10th and running through August 7th.  There will be no sessions on July 15th and July 17th (total of 16 sessions). 

Times:  5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.

Where:  Morris City Pool in Goold Park 

Costs:   Water Aerobic Pass is only $50 when you pre-register by 7:00 p.m. on June 9th at the Morris City Pool.  
            
To Register:  Bring completed waiver, registration form (below) and money (check payable to the City of Morris) to the Morris City Pool.
